Heart of the Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to creating homes, restoring hope, and strengthening communities. We are committed to providing housing and stability, employment and education, health and wellness, community reentry and social support, and community engagement and advocacy to those in need.

Our organization is founded on the belief that everyone deserves a safe and supportive environment to thrive. We work tirelessly to empower individuals and families, offering them the resources and tools necessary to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to the community.
